We strive to provide high-quality services but make no guarantees regarding specific results, delivery times, or retention rates. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. User Account

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment & Refunds

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All Services are subject to the prices displayed on our website at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases using one of our accepted payment methods.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• If we fail to deliver the service as described
• If there's a technical error on our end
• If the service doesn't start within the guaranteed time

We do not offer refunds for:

• Changed mind after ordering
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Social media account suspensions not caused by our service

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Use our Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any suspension or termination of your account
• Any changes to or discontinuance of our Services

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the last six months for the Services giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kigali, Rwanda.
